When I first started doing intuitive eating myself I remember it feeling like an internal tug-of-war between my desire for freedom with food, but I also still hated my body.

Fast forward, and as a registered dietitian and intuitive eating coach, I have helped hundreds of people learn how to not only eat intuitively, but also make peace with their body along the way.
