A Note From Katy...

I want you to experience the same peace food that I have found myself.

 

After struggling with body image for years (and trying to fix my body through healthy eating and weight loss) I realized that I was miserable. I was obsessed with food and my weight, and I wasn't able to fully participate in life.

After becoming a dietitian I stumbled into the world of intuitive eating, and I realized that diets don't work long-term for most people, and that being stressed and obsessed about food is no way to live. I also realized that I can eat the salads I enjoy AND have pizza with my kids after their baseball games. Nutrition and food freedom can go hand-in-hand. 

I've since helped hundreds of my clients learn to trust themselves with food and treat their bodies with kindness too.
