I'm Katy Harvey

I know what it's like to struggle with body image, and to so desperately want to hit that dream number on the scale, where you just *know* you'd feel more confident and comfortable with yourself, and where you'd feel healthy.

I also know that chasing the number on the scale is miserable. All the diets, and the ups and downs with your weight (and a closet full of clothes in various sizes)...it's exhausting. 

As a dietitian, I used to think that focusing on weight loss was the answer for health and happiness in my clients. I quickly learned how misguided this was.

Once I dove into the research and started to understand how ineffective dieting is, and how there is a better way to approach our weight and health, the way I guide my clients totally shifted. My own personal eating and body image shifted too.
